What We Need From You

Essential Experience:

• Minimum 3 years hands-on irrigation system experience

• Proven expertise in pipe repairs, valve/wire locating, and pump diagnostics

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Physical Demands

This role requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs regularly, and spending extended periods bending, kneeling, and standing. You'll navigate uneven terrain and operate various tools and equipment.

• Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot pipe breaks, valve/wire faults, pump issues, and system inefficiencies

• Installation & Maintenance: Install new systems, conduct routine service visits, and perform seasonal start-ups/winterizations

• System Optimization: Inspect components, test performance, and recommend upgrades for maximum efficiency

• Professional Service: Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate documentation

• Equipment Care: Maintain company vehicle and tools in excellent condition

• Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record

• Excellent communication skills - ability to explain technical issues clearly
