No experience necessary

Operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines, and ancillary equipment.

Machining parts within specified tolerances and inspecting to prints.

Deburr and inspect parts using basic tools of the trade.

Read and understand blueprints.

Good problem-solving skills.

Any education level is okay.

Teachable/Coachable.

Must have passion for task completion and craftsmanship.

Good attitude.

Works well with others and independently.
