In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable, invoice processing, and payment processing to keep our financial operations running smoothly. You'll also play a key role in account reconciliation and billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the board. If you're detail-oriented and enjoy working with numbers, we'd love to hear from you!
· Manage day-to-day accounting transactions accurately and on time
· Accounts Payable – enter vendor bills, verify approvals, and cut checks
· Accounts Receivable – process orders, issue customer invoices, receive and apply payments, and send out statements
· Payroll – Assist with processing payroll and other HR related matters

· Trustworthiness & Integrity – Handles checks, payments, and confidential financial information with complete honesty and discretion. Understands that every transaction must be recorded truthfully and that careless or inferior work is dishonest.
· Initiative – Is able to enthusiastically apply knowledge to new tasks, takes ownership of the full accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles, and engages in continuing education to keep up with changes in technology and best practice.
· Interpersonal skills – Is able to work with others to ensure that processes are carried out correctly. This collaboration includes coordinating with vendors, customers, purchasing agents, and the department head, and devising remedies to problems as they arise.

· “Eat the Career” – Loves the company more than his/her own career and is willing to change, improve, and modify himself/herself to meet the advancing needs of the company. This takes humility, servanthood, collaboration, and professional will.
· Confidence & Growth – Can manage himself/herself with little or no supervision and make wise, independent decisions based on company values; sees change as an opportunity to grow.
· Time management skills – Uses time efficiently, meets recurring deadlines such as bill runs, invoicing, statements, and month-end tasks, and teaches others the same.
· Problem solving skills – Even-tempered rather than panic-driven; can thwart problems before they occur; does not place blame; emphasizes solutions, not problems; uses problems as a means for growth of the company and fellow personnel.
· Team working skills – Can create trust in people; unites people around a common goal; allows healthy debate in a respectful atmosphere; loud with praise; loves to celebrate; recognizes what is right more than who is right and what is wrong more than who is wrong; positive attitude, not negative; always searches for and applies the best ideas regardless of their source.
