Donor Support AssociateThe White Rose Resistance

We're looking for a part-time Donor Support Associate to play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our donors. This position ensures that our supporters feel valued and informed, supporting the financial backbone of our activities. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in customer relationship management software.

• Key Responsibilities:

  
  

   Customer Service:

     Manage incoming calls and emails from donors, data mgmt, providing timely and accurate information.

     Handle sensitive donor inquiries with confidentiality and professionalism and duties as assigned. 

  
  

   Database Management:

     Import and update donor contacts and donations into our CRM system accurately.

     Monitor and manage past due and paused donations, providing necessary support and updates.

  
  

   Administrative Support:

     Assist in general database maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity and compliance with donor information standards and duties as assigned. 

  
  

   Donor Engagement:

     Regularly contact the donor base to maintain monthly touch points.

  
  

  Qualifications:

   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

   Detail-oriented with experience in customer service, project management or database management.

   Proficiency with CRM systems.

  
  

  Travel Requirements: 

   Limited travel may be required on an as-needed basis, typically a few times per year. While not mandatory, willingness to travel is considered a plus.
