Founded by Kenneth Laugenour and Lou Meikle in 1953, Laugenour and Meikle began with civil engineering and land surveying services to the largely agricultural area around Woodland and neighboring communities. Our firm grew in the early years through our reputation for quality client service in our local community that stemmed from our belief that clients deserve accountability, clear, honest communication in a timely manner, and knowledgeable and experienced staff working on each project.
