About Us
We work from the belief that the built environment has a substantial effect on the human spirit as well as our routines and habits. We also believe our built environment has not been stewarded well. We are famished for good design, and at Wintz Company we are dedicated to raising that bar. We are building a walkable mixed-use neighborhood built for real human connection.
Operationally, this begins with Development and Construction, Architecture and Design, but what we are really building is a community. As the village evolves, so do the priorities. Maintaining good relationships with various stakeholders is key: the City, investors, banks, trade partners, future tenants, prospective buyers, and most importantly our neighbors who live there. This results in a high degree of coordination needed between Sales, Construction, Development, Marketing, and Finance. This job sits in the middle of the coordination, managing the shifting priorities that will evolve as the company evolves.
Our culture at Wintz Company is one of joy, excellence, and a tenacity to make the world a better place by working hard to fix what is broken. A company is only as good as the people who build it. We're looking for people who share that passion for good design and hard work, who want the satisfaction of doing excellent work as part of a dynamic, collaborative team. If that's you, we'd love to talk.
