PragerU is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Manager to own end-to-end product fulfillment operations. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, this role is responsible for efficient product sourcing, vendor management, inventory oversight, and shipping logistics to support donor and member incentives, and merchandise fulfillment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences while optimizing for cost, speed, and accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with vendors for product manufacturing, sourcing, and production of apparel, accessories, and gifts

  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and production schedules

  • Oversee relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and warehouse partners

  • Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness in warehousing and fulfillment processes

  • Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records across systems

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasting models to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overstock

  • Monitor delivery performance and resolve shipping issues proactively

  • Optimize shipping processes and carrier relationships

  • Own the end-to-end customer experience for all fulfillment-related issues, ensuring high satisfaction and retention

  • Coordinate sourcing, assembly, and delivery of quarterly membership gift boxes

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or operations

  • Proven experience managing vendors and third-party logistics (3PL) partners

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping platforms

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Knowledge of cost optimization, inventory forecasting, and logistics strategy

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $80,000 - $95,000+. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
